The LeConte Event Center is undergoing a significant $31.4 million renovation and expansion project, with construction expected to take approximately two years. The City of Pigeon Forge selected Citadel Construction to oversee the work, with architect Mike Smelcer collaborating on the design. This major investment reflects the city's commitment to maintaining the LeConte Center as the premier event destination in East Tennessee.
The LeConte Event Center is a spectacular 232,000-square-foot multi-purpose facility in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Since opening in 2013, it has become the premier destination for conventions, trade shows, competitive events, and large-scale gatherings throughout the Smoky Mountains region.
Nestled adjacent to the scenic Pigeon Forge Riverwalk and The Island entertainment complex, the center features striking architecture inspired by traditional Smoky Mountains lodge design, with dramatic views of Mount LeConte itself.
